In my opinion, the best are Reeses peanut butter cups and the worst are lollipops. I don't know anyone who doesn't love peanut butter cups, and those little lollipops come in some really icky flavors (especially the cheap ones).

Halloween kisses, rockets, and caramels are the best! It isn't Halloween without these!
The worst are anything that contains 7 different artificial flavours with 4 different artificial colours and comes in non-descript forms. They're usually some shade of blue, gummy, and sour and there's a chemical after taste to them~ yuuuuuck!

In my oppinion the best candy to give out on halloween is mini candy bars ( with the exception of almond joys, and things with lot's of nuts. to me atleast.), starrburst skittles m&m's woppers, and peanut butter cup's, there are ton's of other great candies though, just can't think of them

the best candy to give out is king sized snicker or almond joy bars. the worst is mini sized candy bars or kit kats kids also like hug drinks or even snack bags.

The worst is those peanut butter kisses which are like taffy and come wrapped in black and orange wax paper. They have been arounf for eons! The best would be anything chocolate.

Hard candy pieces are not good for the little ones. Lolly pops are the best I think.
