Where can I find these statistics?

I want to know the average highest, medium, and lowest waist circumferences of women in different countries. Where can I find this?

Also, what is the measurement in inches of a size 0 waist pant size? What about size 1 and size 2?

1. Hmm a tough one. I suspect that there is no one place where you can find this information. There may be information on particular countries in national websites, but I doubt that you will find a convenient table of international comparisons. To start you off I have found some websites where there is some related information (obesity and measurement conversion). The International Obesity Task Force (IOTC) website is well worth looking around. The conversion tables did not seem to have your sizes.
