C.P. for child molesters (birth to age 12); and anyone killing for fun, or multiple victims. Forgot about rape - kill them too.
Life - NO parole, case by case I guess. There is too easy parole so this needs fixing.
1 year review of details, then move on.
Humane is really needed? - they are not animals they are slime - how do you kill slime, that's good enough for me. Quick and easy.
I base my answers on years of watching innocents die and the guilt set free. I see humans never caring for the victim - but pamper the guilty. How humane is it that people are dead or hurt deeply - and the guilty are watching TV or playing games, breathing. Their family thinks they can be "cured" - that's a lie because humanity does not have the medical knowledge to accomplish this. Child molesters do not need their penis to hurt other children, and killers could care less about tracking devices. Repent after your dead works for me.
Also many people talk of the cost per day for care - well kill them save this cost for the petty criminal - redirect gangs to productive endeavors, and watch as crime drops.
Oh, one last point: Humanity does not need the genes of these humans (?) either. Genetically we have good people to keep humanity progressing into the future - we don't need defects of molesters or killers for future victims. Harsh but possible true. I know nothing of traits being passed from parent to offspring. Do you? Then I defer to you.
These are my thoughts.. I can have thoughts - still - right?

Those who rape and murder children should be killed, preferably by the judge right after sentencing. Margin of error...with DNA evidence there is none. Humane? Who cares and what for?
Base of answer. Ask any expert and they will tell you pedophiles cannot be cured, CANNOT BE CURED! Anything less than death can allow them back on the streets sooner or later (talk about margin of error) and the only treatment is to keep them from coming in contact with children. How does one accomplish that? Anything without 100% proof of guilt I think life is okay but not this kind of maniac if the proof is there. We need to stop being so pompous as to think we can help murderers, rapists, and so on overcome the problems and lead productive lives. Insanity is hardly an excuse when you consider no sane person would ever do the things they are charged with. Kill the vermin and let the questionable have life and a chance to prove themselves innocent if they are.

Capital punishment - the death sentence?
As things stand it is not handed out evenly. We need to do a lot of work on our criminal justice system. In cases where there is no doubt of the guilt of the defendant, by all means death penalty for murder, child molestation, rape and any malicious crime that leads to the other people.

In cases where there is some doubt of the guilt of the defendant let the trial go on as long as it takes to get to the truth.

Life sentences should be given to those who have committed grievous wrongs yet do not qualify for the death penalty.

My view is that all citizens should know the laws that govern them and the punishments to be meted out for the infractions and that the laws should be carried out equally and fairly to all.
