When I boot up my computer with the usb mouse already attached, it resets itself as soon as I move it. I must instead plug in the mouse after I boot up the computer to get it to work. Does anybody know how to fix this? Is there some patch or software I need?

Check for Mouse Settings in My Computer -> Device manager . It seems to be a Driver Problem .

You may have to go to you nearest store to find a new USB port. Or you may have to go and buy a new mouse altogether. It mostly sounds like you have a short in your mouse that does'nt comply with your PC which is why you have to re-plug it when ever you turn on your computer. Mouse USB ports are really cheap, but it sounds like you may need a new mouse.

If your computer is not working properly when it is switched on, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
