You could try the truth? Unless the answer is part of the job description. What type of interview is it, for what job? That makes a huge difference as to what a 'good' answer would be.

In this type of question, you want to answer the question naturally for you, rehearsing what works for you will help that to happen naturally.
Your negative that you share should be something not a show stopper for the job you are applying for.. In every moderate Negative, select something that might also be a positive.
GOOD Negative:
"Sometimes it seems I care too much and drive myself too hard." might be interpreted as "This person wants to do a good job, and will work to achieve positive results."
BAD Negatives:
"Sometimes I stay out all night, partying, and have to lie about why I am being late for work."
"Sometimes I think if I need to deal with another stupid customer I will need to just scream them to alleviate my frustration."
"Well I had to leave my last job because I stole 25 computers during the course of my employment there."
"I had an affair with general counsel and it was seen as a conflict of interest."
will all likely be interpreted at face value, and rarely, is the honest answer recognized with anything more than a rampant appreciation for your honesty so they don't take a risk with hiring you.

My biggest weakness is that I sometimes try too hard to get the job done and don't think about others that might have family commitments, etc.
Or
My biggest weakness is taking too much work on myself and not letting others do their fair share. Sometimes I think that if I can do a good job at something I might as well do it myself.

If asked to name something negative about yourself, tell them that
you've gotten better at not missing the toilet but still in need of improvement.

Don't say that there are no negatives. You need to think of something in your field that you can improve on. It will show them that you are willing to grow and change.

Just don't use the cliche answer "I work too hard" or "I'm too organized". Those are cheesy answers. They are looking for a creative answer.
