dress as a baby get your pajamas and put your hair in pony tails and put freckles on your face with eyeliner and get yourself a pacifier or a baby bottle and there you go something fast and easy

Be a stick person!! Wear all black, and paint your face black, wear black gloves etc etc, and then get glow paint and paint your clothes to make yourself look like a stick-figure. Hats can make it more interesting, too. =)
