Those are all symptoms of pregnancy, but they -could- have other explanations. She should get a home pregnancy test (they're available at the dollar store for, well, $1) and take it. Either way, she should see the doctor -- for prenatal care if she's pregnant, for help diagnose her symptoms if she isn't.

Of course it could be something else, their are so many symptoms and sicknesses that we aren't aware of, tell her to either go to the doctor or get a take home pregnancy test.

Well that is the first sign of being pregnant, but i have a friend that had the same symptoms, and it ended up being pancreatic, so maybe also tell you friend to go and buy, a home pg test

Sounds like pregnancy. She need to go to the doctor or clinic. Some symptoms can mean other problems.

PMS will also cause these symptoms. You didn't specify if she was late? Sometimes your cycle changes and you could be off for days or weeks even. For future reference; it's always a good idea to use protection..... Be safe & good luck.

tell your friend to make a Dr's apt..its totally privet so no one will know anything unless she wants them to..or she could take a preg test..
