you can't cheat over 857 times. if you do, he will jump too fast. grab a truck, level it with him, and let him fall on the boxes.

You just have to use X and square to catch Madd Dogg in the back of the truck when he falls. You want to line up the back of your truck with him as he stumbles back and forth. Just think about using X and square and you'll be fine.

Steal the truck (which the guy speaking on a cell-phone is beside it.) & drive it under the hotel.
Then the screen shows from above, now "Just" drive the truck Left & right, & "Don't" change it's position by going backward or forward.
Try to fit the truck's back with Maddogg, until he falls in your truck.
Then take him to the hospital.
