Step 1.

Take a wooden chair, preferably one with arms, and place the back of the chair flat against a wall.

Step 2

Face the wall, stand in front of the chair, and place both of your hands on the arms of the chair. Bending at the waist and keeing your legs straight, place the top of your head flat against the wall, over the chair.

Step 3

Bend your arms and lift the chair up off of the floor and at the same time straighten your back, while holding onto the chair and stand straight up.

Girls can do this, boys can't.

The human adult skeleton contains 206 bones, the skeleton of an infant contains 350 (the bones fuse (join) together as you grow). And more than half of your 206 bones are found in your hands and feet.

How is that for a fact.

Trick 1:

Sit in a chair. First, hold out your left leg and draw big circles in a clock-wise direction with your foot pointed. Stop. Now draw a big 'S' in the air with your left arm. Now try to do the two things at once...

Trick 2:

Stand upright. Get someone to hold your arms flat against the side of your body whilst you try to raise them up. They should hold them flat for about 20 seconds, with you trying really hard to raise them. Then, get them to release your arms, and see what happens....
