I don't really know the answer to that question and honesty doubt anyone out there knows it. Why don't you go to the county hall and ask. I'm sure there must be a list of all monuments in London, no?
Regarding the difference between a statue and a monument I think that's for you to decide. My take on it is that a monument is a structure (however simple or complicated) erected as a memorial or celebration and that a statue requires representation of a human or animal. Ultimately a statue is always a monument but not all monuments are statues.

Lazarus is right,,ask a cab driver he might know,,here's one for your research,,there is only one statue of King henry 8th in London and it's above the entrance to St Bartholomew's hospital opposite Smithfield meat market

what would you class as a statue? is nelson's colum a statue? if so shouldn't the monumnet to the fire of london? nelson's column is to many a statue but the monument to the fire of london is not, why? they're both similar.
