hi. I have little tiny spots of blood in my undies. Never had a period. What is this?

It's called "spotting" and it's quite common. i had it too before having my period, but it might also be the sign that there's lack of some hormone in your body. Girls that use some birth control pill with a very small amount of hormone in them have it all the time. I would recommend, not to be scared, but ask a gynecologist, just in case.

If you mean you are late for your regular period, this can be implantation bleeding, so if it is possible for you to be pregnant, have a test. If you mean you have yet to begin getting periods, perhaps it is just starting. Tiny spots of blood can mean you have tiny cuts or irritations that you didn't realize you had. It can also mean crabs or pubic lice. If you have any itching in that area, see a doc to rule that out.

It sounds like you are getting a period. Talk with your mom and go see a Dr. to make sure it isn't anything serious.
