This is quite urgent
Please could somebody help me find the the answer to this question.
The question is about a cup of coffee.

If Retailers got 23% of the cost of a cup
Growers got 10% of the cost of a cup
& Others got 67% of the cost of a cup

If the retailers got 44p, how much would a cup of coffee cost?

ok, imagine that 44 p is the 23% of the cost of a cup

and you want to get the total cost of the cup, so what you do is:

44p*100%/23% = 191.3p

that's because you have a relationship, you are saying that you have 23 for each 100, so if you divide 191.3/44 you will get the exact same relationship.

retailer gets 23%
Thus cost of cup = 44P / 23%
cost of cup = 191.3 p

100/23 = 4.35
4.35 x 44p = 191.40p

Take 44p divided by 23%

44/0.23 = 191.30p
