i was making my pc upgrate it was not finished i lost it how can i find the prosses now please?

What type of upgrade? Or is it an update? If it's an update, go to:

http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us

and re-install the updates.
