These guys don't JUST drive trucks. They ARE part of the crew. Working on the Car at the Shop and the track, with very long hours. You'll start off with NO or VERY little pay at best. I've also noticed most of the truck drivers are the Gas Man you see on the pit stops. Not only that, most team members are hired through friends and relatives already established amongst the Teams. Unless you drive for someone at your local track, your chances are basically 'zilch'.

I have press credentials for local NASCAR races (3 of 'em last year!) and have met lots of the drivers (both race car and truck drivers).
First, the driver usually does more than just drive. Bonus points if you can cook seriously good food, or do pit crew duty, etc. Truck drivers w CDL licenses are common, but one that can cook like a chef is a rare find.
Second, NASCAR is literally a good ol boy system, and until people know you AND TRUST YOU then you won't get very far. They must trust you to NEVER let them down (a truck crash would knock them out of the race!), never to do anything that would look bad in the press, and NEVER EVER tell NASCAR gossip to outsiders.
I can't emphasize enough that last one - press people like me are everywhere, and they fight for every inch of privacy. To pass along team info to anyone outside of the team is the same as TREASON, and you will NEVER work again in NASCAR (and maybe the entire southern USA).
Third, forget about Penske, RCR, etc. You start off with the low-budget teams unless one of the bigger teams knows you somehow. I'd contact some regional (aka "Winston West") teams, or maybe an independent truck team, and see what they need.
Fourth, remember, this is a job. Like a circus, you spend hundreds of hours of boring hard work for every hour of excitement. After a while, it is a job, and just like any other job, there are bosses, a&& chewings, hurt feelings, etc. Life on the road really stinks, and if you have a family then this job IS NOT FOR YOUR. I know it sounds strange, but I emphasize again, THIS IS A JOB.

Contact nascar teams. You got to have at least 10 years of truck driving experience and a good driving record to drive these trucks that's if there hiring.

This isn't much of a question, but if you're looking to drive the trucks for NASCAR, contact the individual teams. They manage themselves for the most part. They just compete with a common rule book; they're not all linked to eachother.
