There should be a certain law in your country about marriage with a foreigner and what you can do when your spouse commits adultery or leaves you alone in a specific period of time.
I think you can do more than just divorce, although divorce alone may give emotional freedom from this man.

I don't know the legalities of jailing and suing, but you definately need to get a divorce. Why in the world did you marry him to begin with? A marriage is about being together...not cross country. Get rid of him and find you a nice man in the carribbean who is worthy of having you. Best wishes!

im not sure you can Jail him on that alone however there may be a civil recourse you can go through i am not familiar with any of the marital laws of either countries but you may want to ask a lawyer what can be done there are probably many things to consider when doing this such as where the marriage tookl place

Well u can divorce him and dob her into authorities for lying to the government about her welfare...but that's about it.
I wish we could jail and sue ppl that wrong us but their is no justice just how we chose to react that is our reward.

No, you can't jail him. Why your living in different countries worries me. Anyway, forget he exists and move on to someone else who appreciates you. It's not worth the stress, trying to fight for someone who obviously doesn't want you.
Kiss him goodbye. Good luck

The best thing you can do is to forget him and move on to the next chapter in your life. Just make sure he is out of the picture legally.

he's a dog. first of all, are you still married to this man? if you are and have not file for divorce, you can pursue some kind of damage in the marraige due to adultery. marraige is a contract, if one partner do something to jepardise it, they do have a liability.
