i have had the IUD for 13 months i just stopped my period in sept. i spotted a lil the begining of this month and then i had a black period for two days and now i am having a red period. pluse i am having all the signs of being pregnant. i know the chances of getting pregnant are high well that is what the dos say but your chancs of getting pregnant on an IUD is 1 in 50 women. i looked this up. but i need to know if this is normal. and i dont have insurance so i cant go to a doc i dunno what to do were do i go?I also dont have money to go to any clinic some one please help me.
i have these signs of pregnancy. nausea, sore nipples, tird a lot, peeing a lot but thats going down,my tummy was saggy extra skin after i had my son now it is all puffed out and i look pregnant.I have gained lbs.and am having to wear my old maternity clothes. hormones are all kinds of crazy and instead of boring you i have all the other signs of being pregnant i just need advise i know you guys are not doc's

i have had morning sickness and all that i called my old doc he said most of my side effects are not from my IUD but that was all he said cus he got paged and had to get off the phone. so yeah just want other ppls ideas and all that. OH and thanks to all who answer this

If i am pregnant i am 12 1/2 weeks right now so yeah which would make since why my clothes dont fit and why i gained weight and all that but yeah any comments are welcome thank you again

well whehn i was pregnant with my son my HCG level was very low so low that even pregnancy test would say neg . i did not find out i was pregnant until i was almost four months. Pluse my mother got pregnant with my older bro when she was on an IUD could it be a genetic thing maybe? I am almost the same as my mom in every way when it comes to medical. thank you

go back to the doc and get a blood test
begore you do maybe you can have a home test
you sound so preg
a friend of mine got preg with an IUD
the doc could not even remove the IUD before the baby was born

Sounds like u are having anxiety, just calm down, if u are pregnant , u should know mornin sickness.
U will be okay if u get the IUD out. It could be messin with ya.
Go to a clinic , they will do it free...

Go to the health dept. They can get you checked out for free or at a low cost that may help. They can perform all or almost any procedure that a doctor office can. They will help you with the papers that you may need to fill out and even lead you in the right direction.

Well it is not normal , but being that you are on a contraceptive it could be. Everybodies body is different. I was also on birth control and stopped and then i got all those symptoms too recently but it was just all those hormones kicking my butt. I would say the best thing to do is to take a pregnancy test ASAP.
