The formulas you have given are not binary. Binary means 2 elements only. named by giving the metal nonmetal and ending in ide.

NH4C2H5 is ammonium acetate
KClO4 is potassium chlorate

ate ending means maximum oxygen, ite is less oxygen, hypo means the least oxygen
Copper (1) has a +1 charge, so the other ion has a -1 charge
