put it in a glass of water with salt in it and stir...
It should come back to life.

I see all the idiots are online tonight..........Don't flush them, and don't flush a fish that's still alive. They'll probably be fine. Did you dechlorinate the water? If not, do it asap. Did you make sure the water temp was pretty close to the same as the tank water when you changed it? I have one fish, that floated upside down for awhile after a water change. I had to do a quick water change for some reason or other, and the temp was kinda off from the tank water. That would be my guess as to what happened with yours.

Invite all of fish's friends and family over. I expect there will be a reading of its will soon. Be sure there is a toilet available to do a burial-at-sea ceremony.
Either that or go to the store that you bought the fish from and talk to the sales rep.

Oscar? Stop feeding it so much. Once a week or so is fine if it is a larger fish. Did you dechlorinate the water? What is the temperature?

Just tip the fish tank upside down so the fish will be right side up.

Get them to an established tank quickly, whether in your home, a friend's house or the pet store. Hurry.

If they're floating upside down your only option is to flush them or feed them to the cat.
