I mean its annoying. Im sick of these movies that think they can be so good because the main character is determined to do something. But doesnt anyone see through that and just see a stupid movie?

"Flicka" (based on the old book, "My Friend Flicka") is just a variation of the Little Engine That Could, but for an older audience.
Nothing particularly wrong with inspirational films (or books), and they are a nice tonic to the real world, where determination doesn't always win the day...but, they *are* a bit annoying.

I havn't seen Flicka but I saw the older version and it was good.

Parents with "tween" aged girls would enjoy it.
If you don't like it, then don't see it!
