The best time to miss the pill if you are trying to concieve is pills 7-14, basically the second week...don't take any all together and there should not be a problem either. My friend used this method to have her child as her doctor told her the chances of having a baby where slim, she thought this was the best way of bringing it along. It worked like a charm....

The worst time to miss a pill is during a month that you have sex!
(sorry, I could not resist that)
Actually missing one pill, or even two should not make any difference and it does not matter at what point this might happen

well anytime is the worst time to miss the pill, it takes once and then you are pregnant, i missed one time, and tried to catch up well lets say my baby is 21 now
