With 1 out, 2 strikes to batter, batter swings and misses a pitch hitting his hand.

There all wrong- The right answer is the batter is out,strike 3,since the ball hit the batter its a dead ball, the runner stealing has to go back to first.(A foul-tip is when the batter swings and tips the ball directly into the catchers glove,if the catcher fails to catch it,its simply a foul ball)
that makes it 2 outs,runner on first. this rule is for Baseball or Softball.

if the batter swinmgs and it hits her hand, its considered a strike, so hte batter would be out.

if they caught the person running from 1st to second on a steal then they would also be out, b/c theres only one out.

He's out. And that would make the third out for the team. The first out, the batter was out and the runner was the third out.
