When I think of Catwoman, I think of Eartha Kitt. Now, I know you just want to be a cat but you're already a woman so you'd may as well just go with it.

Keep your face looking neutral. Foundation, concealer and powder like normal, but skip blush or bronzer.

Line your eyes with black liquid liner, winging it out and up at the outside corners. Focus the liner on your upper lids to give you the largest-looking eye. Don't worry about eyeshadow. Apply lots of thick black mascara on the outer half of your lashes to accentuate the winged-out liner.

If you want to go for the more classic, 60s cat look, use a nude lipstick that is close to your skin color. If you want the more modern (Michelle Pheiffer / Halle Berry) look choose a matte red lipstick. For red lips, it's best to apply one coat of lipstick, blot and then re-apply (the first layer of color will anchor the second).

If you want to add whiskers, use a medium brown eyeliner to draw them on your face. I personally wouldn't wear them... Catwoman never did!

outline your eyes in black liner-even the NYC liner works- both on top and on bottom. outline it ourward, like the corner of your eye sort of speak too since that is a catty eye. use a liner that has a smudger tip since you need to smude the liner on both top and bottom. on the outer eye also to bring more definition use a silver liner on top of the black liner to draw more attention! use a smocky eye look for your eyes: either chocolate hued shadows-dark brown- or black work! use them first dry and then wet to add more definition! on the top of black wet shadow add a pink, silver or whatever else shadow to make you look super cool chic! the shadows can be either wet or dry too! for lips try a light lips look: a barely there look of a gloss-your fave pink gloss that is! also, when you have everything done add some bronzer to the cheeks for more defintion! ask your friends to help you with the make up! plus use pink on your nose to make it more realistic, whiskers drawn with eyeliner as well!

Take a black eyebrow pencil and make your eyes slant, then draw whiskers, and a line from your nose to your lip. Pink lipstick.
