clear nail polish works in a pinch. If you are close nuff to a store better buy more cause once they run they are a booger to stop. LL.

clear nail polish or hairspray will help it from getting worse. Depending on where the run is you may still be able to still wear them if you are able to turn the run around or its where it can't be seen. Example: a run in the toe area can still be worn with closed toe shoes or a run in the high part of your leg can still be worn with a long skirt or dress.

I heard that if you put put panthose that you just bought (it still has to be in the packaging) in the fridge before you actually wear them it helps them last longer. Not sure how true that is though

Put nail polish at the beginning and the end of the run. It should stop the run in it's tracks. Use clear polish if you have it. Good luck. It's a home remedy I got from my mom. Other women old and young know about it so I'm guessing it works.

Clear fingernail polish is still your best option. Paint the top of the run and let it dry before pulling them on. I works if you don't pull too hard on the fabric. You can also paint around the start of the run so that a new run doesn't form.

You can't actually "fix" it but you can stop it from running anymore by putting clear nailpolish over the run!

You can't fix a run. I suggest wearing thigh highs and keep a extra thigh high in your purse. If you get a run in one leg, remove it, put on the extra thigh high from your purse and your good to go.
