What are those blistery looking things all over her arms, chest, and I think there's one on her eyelid?

She was in a car accident and was thrown thru the windshield. She said she could have gotten the scars removed but didn't because she wanted a reminder of what she made it thru.

she was in a car accident and glass got under her skin..unfortunately she has the type of skin that get keloids when she gets cut...looks like she was in a knife fight...

I think that they might be birth marks or maybe she had surgery or something like that I was wondering that too!
