Unfortunately, using that kind of stuff to quit smoking would be like a crack addict using a cocaine patch. Your best bet is to quit cold turkey and look into calming herbs like valerian or chamomille do deal with the intense irritablility. Consider using an antidepressant like Wellbutrin, also. It makes cigarrettes taste gross and it will reduce withdrawl depression. Good luck.

Yes I did try them however for me they never solved my addiction as that is what smoking is ...they are intended to kill
I would suggest you download or purchase the book by Allen Carr
the easy way ... By reading this book you will have a better understanding of how and why to give up ....you will be surprised its not about will power its not even hard to quit as we are made to believe .....

For some people yes. The best way to quit is to use something that does not have nicotine in them, like gum or mints, anything to take your mind off of the cigarettes. Good Luck!
