just b/c my parents are like give me the whole crap: "its not that i dont trust you, it that i dont trust other people" (which means you dont trust me)

I`d say IM=16
E-mail=10
Cell Phone=13 or 12 1/2
My Space (no parents looking)=18

3. Cell Phone= At any age needed because a lot of the time it's more needed than wanted.
4. Myspace = 14, you can't get on at least you're 14. But maybe at least 17 or older.
