Hydrogen peroxide. Pour some on, do NOT rub, let the peroxide foam do the work. And do not wash or dry the pants until the stain is out. Heat sets stains. Good luck.

Peace.

If they're made of something like cotton you could use a couple of different types of bleach products, including that little bleaching pen that has like bleach paste. Put on a good size dot, massage it in, then another dot, rub it in. Turn the pants inside out, put a dot on the stain, rub it in. Feel the material, is it good n gooey? Then let it sit several minutes and go back and see if it's fading, because with bleach you can usually see the stain fading. BUT if these are synthetic material, I wouldn't bleach them. Use any other type of stain remover for fabric and let it soak and massage it. I like the little shout bottle with the bristly thing on the lid. you can use it to poke the stain, just drop the bottle on the stain upside down. Please don't soak the whole garment. You'll be putting stress on every thread for no reason. Products wear out the threads. I have kids and can be picky about keeping the clothes nice to pass on to other kids, so I do this a lot.

Dampen the pants with COLD water (hot water sets blood stains.) Spray the blood spot with Shout or Spray and Wash, or some similar spot remover, and wash them according to the label directions - but be sure you wash them in cold water, even if the label says otherwise. The stain should come right out. For really stubborn or "permanent" blood stains, spray the spot with a spray and wash stain remover, let it sit for a few minutes, then put a little hydrogen peroxide on it. (It will bubble and foam). Keep applying hydrogen peroxide until the blood disappears. (For really stubborn stains you may occasionally have to add a little more spot remover.) I have successfully used this method to remove blood stains from clothing that has been repeatedly washed in hot water and dried in a hot dryer.

Soak and wash in cold water. If stain remains after wash, repeat. DO NOT DRY if the stain is still there. The drying process will set the stain into the fabric.

hydrogen peroxide removes blood stains. It's inexpensive and can be found at any grocery store or pharmacy.
Put it on the stain and let it bubble up, then rinse them out, if it's still there, do it again until it's gone.
I've used this method many, many times.

Cold water, Ivory bar soap (or any mild bar soap), and a bit of elbow grease. Amazingly simple -- and effective.

But what's with the nose-bleed? That happen often? Should you look into that?

Biz bleach, or any other enzyme bleach. Whatever you do, DO NOT use chlorine bleach. It turns the stain brown.
