exercise, exercise, exercise!! take yoga or something. Or try taking dance. Any fun way to get u off ur feet. Also running is very good for you. Do sit ups and find a work out routine (Seventeen and Cosmo Girl have good ones)

eat healthy no sweets, soda, and fast food is a big no no. Drink plenty of water.

Drink a lot of water, not sodas. Don't eat junk food. Join a exersize club where you can go routinely around 3 times a week. It would be fun and help you keep the weight off.

I don't know what your everyday diet is, but if you stay away from soda, junk food, candy, pastas, and breads, it helps! You should drink alot of water and exercise daily, even if you just walk a couple of times around the block. Sit ups help too :)

Stay away from junk food. If you feel like eating some candy eat a piece of fruit instead. And instead of just exercising try dancing or playing a team sport.

LJ, never fear, there is one (well, several solutions) that helped me.
Solution 1. DDR MAX!
This is an awesome game series that uses your feet, and it counts as excercise! Konami came out with DDR SuperNOVA, so try getting that!
Solution 2. Eyetoy Games
Some games, llike EyeTot: Groove and EyeToy: Kinetic allow you to move around!

At your age, please don't try pills. Just try the normal excercising and healthy eating. You know, the three a day milk thing, eat your greens, stay away from rabbid squirrels..... That kinda stuff.

try to eat light and dance songs on the radio dancing helped me i was 120 and know im 95 and im ur age
