I don't think I'd try it anytime soon, but I'm just wondering for the future. I've got a Line 6 Spider II 210, which has an output jack.

Yes. Just mind the ohms. The output jack should be marked with its preferred impedance.

Most amps, yes. So most likely you can if there's an output jack on your amp somewhere.

Sure just screw in the amp cord. They will help you at a guitar shop if you need help usually free.
