I have a brand new single control refrigerator/freezer that frosts foods. I like my refrigerated foods colder than the standard setting, but is this ruining the food in my freezer? Would it be more cost efficient to bypass my apartment manager and buy my own dual control? I've probably lost...a lot...of money to my freezer. Ideas on how to fix it please.

You would have to buy a new fridge with dual controls. The new one you would have to take with you when you move or give it up for free. And you would have to store the older fridge unless you leave yours. Your choice.

Can only be one of three things
1)Thermostat not working.
2)Door seal faulty.
3) you go in too much or leave door open
