It might, or you might be an early developer. Some boys reach their full size at your age, although it's unusual. Most likely you will get a bit bigger.
It's bigger than average, even for a full-grown man.

Thats awesome how tall are you? I cant imagine that man. Im 14 and im no where near 8". More like 3" and im normal height and weight for 14. Dang man.
