Yes. I know of two excellent products.

First, to help in the long run you want to use the firming eye crème. It firms up the skin around the eye but it also lightens the color of the circles and provides luminescence. You see some change immediately, but it is the long-term benefits that are really impressive.

There is also the Indulge soothing eye gel. It revives a tired-looking appearance with a cool, soothing gel. Contains botanical extracts reported to help reduce the appearance of puffiness and improve skin's elasticity and firmness in the eye area. Can be used as a mask or a leave-on product.

For more info visit the website below and you can actually call me with any questions, my number is on it.

There are some really good eye gels out on the market that work well. Look for ingredients like chamolile and cucumber. Patricia Wexler has a great on as well. A trick that I do is I keep the Gel in the refrigerator. It really does work.

To get rid of puffy eyes steep two chamomile tea bags in warm milk and then squeeze them out. Finally lie down and place over eyes for 10minutes. Hope that helps you. (I'm not lying either it really works!)

I've heard that sliced cold cucumbers on the eyes can help reduce the bag like appearance.

For me, I had hereditary bags. Nothing worked for me except plastic surgery. It's not as expensive or as painful as one might think. Now my eyes are much more vibrant & I don't look tired all of the time.

I would personally go to a spa and have facial... I does wonders. Then ask the spa girl who did your facial what she suggests. She has seen your skin close up and most likely has extensive schooling, dep on where you go, and could tell you best. Plastic surgery is expensive and not guaranteed to give you the results you want...

Are these just temporary bags from crying or allergies? If so, use cold compresses.
