With each moment that passes you reach your future. And your past can not by definition be present. Because it has left the present. But your present is always present. Even though your future has arrived. Whew! That was real sweat maker!

but i'm here to answer your question. so..my answer as far as i can understand your question is..
yes, you can get to your future is your past is present but it's gonna take a while because you will have to go through you r past and then your present to get to your future, however, if you were in your present, it would be alot faster because you're already in your present so you have one more stage to go through! get through the present to get to your future.
