Organized. Professional. Personable. Attentive to detail. Able to work with little or no direction. Computer literate. If in US then very fluent English at the very least and if your bi-lingual then it should be included your resume.

If it is for your application or resume: List all experience from the standpoint of how your assistance helped make something successful. You want them to want you on their team. They need to believe that you will take care of things. Pick up the pieces, fill in the blanks. (that you've got their back)

Good knowledge of the job. Good knowledge about the administrator. Being able to be there at a moment's notice. Dressing appropriately.
Have a sense of humor.
Get along well with others.
