The right equation is:

Zn + 2 HCl -> ZnCl2 + H2

Zinc + Hydrochloric acid produce Zinc Chloride and Hydrogen gas (not hydrogen atom as previously answered).

Zn+2HCl => 2H+ZnCl2

oops typo =P
2H should be H2 like next answer said
