It depends on the caliber of man you are aiming for. I would venture to say that any man of substance would appreciate a woman who is well read, can speak well on most any topic, and can hold her own in a room full of intelligent people, AND impress his boss!
Flaws......If you have charm, wit, savvy, intelligence, decent looks, there "ain't" much else necessary.

I cant speak for every guy, but I can speak for myself. I like healthy women that arent large. Alot of Americans, sadly, are overweight, obviously including the women population. But I am thinner and athletic and I cant stand large(fat) women. If a very open personality is accompanied by a thin physique, and overall good looks, you will be flawless in my book. Remember that your skin and body is like a mirror as to what is happening inside your body. Eat healthy, exercise, think positive thoughts about yourself and hang around people who are supportive of you and who encourage you, and you will be flawless.
