I'm going to be showding this guy for a day, or 5 hours at the least. I have to have interview questions that I ask him and I'm not sure how many I should have. I don't want to have too little, but at the same time I don't want to hound the guy. How many do you think might be appropriate?

Quality is more important than quantity. Ask open ended questions so that he will expand with examples so that you will get more information with asking less questions.

Ex. What is your favorite job related experience or the experience that stands out most in your memory or have you had any experiences that really affected you and maybe changed your view or opinion about something? If he has a good personality you could also say... Tell me a funny work story.
