Make a list of all the things in your life that aren't the way you want them to be...
Then make a list of things that you like about your life.....
then make a list of the things you can actually change
and finally a final list of the things you can do nothing about .. this list throw in the bin and stop worrying about em and getting yourself down if there is nothing that can be done about it then you need to disregard it.
And then from your other lists start to make positive steps or plans on how to make life seem a bit easier..
i also find that exercise is great for getting rid of the blues

You're probably bored because your life has become too routine. Make a change somewhere, maybe a different job (better paying), join a group, make some new friends, set some goals to strive toward. Ask yourself what kinds of things you've done in the past that lit your fire, but you gave up on for whatever reason. How about volunteer work? You never know where it might lead. If your dissatisfaction continues and/or you lose the ability to enjoy things you used to enjoy, you may be moving into a clinical depression. Medication can turn your life around if that's the problem. Good luck.

Are you eating properly...... first starting point to avoid feeling depressed.
Take a wee break away from your normal routine...your taking on too much at the moment.
The lack of money can be a real downer..so is it possible for you to earn some extra cash by working part-time?
Chat to someone close about how you feel...a problem halved is almost a problem solved,
College too much for you...it is possible to put your studies on hold at present?
Friendships, relationships...par of the course.
So all in all you feel like shxt...so get hold of life and squeese it by the balls and you will be taking the first step towards healing that depression. Good luck!

Feeling down generally as you have mentioned is a good sign of being aware of the situation u r in. That is positive.
Now that u realise your social nett work has fallen greatly, too bad. Then, one of which path to take is, for example socialising with the environment on the nett. Do not regret your college education, accept modifying your college studies and take examinations. Do not fear to fail, rather use your own failure to give feed back to some significant life routines. In that way u r working out of depression. Trust me on this one.

If you just have a general down feeling without real symptoms of depression then you may need to look at your diet and make enough time to spend in nature to recreate yourself. I tried to "fight" depression for about 20 years, I would go into crying spells for several days at a time and fight it with exercise, getting out, etc. Finally, I realized this really was not a normal way of being and asked my doctor about anti-depressants. I started one, I have been on a low dose and since starting it I have just gone into one crying spell. That crying spell occurred at the end of a week when I changed my diet to eat more protein for breakfast and in general. I quit that and haven't had any crying spells. I don't have to fight to get out of the black hole, it is better. I have little money too and this contributes to depression, I agree.

my advice is exercise. If u can join a gym - you'll meet people too. exercise releases endorphins that make u feel happy. otherwise cleaning the flat to loud music takes my mind off wallowing.
try and get out of your routine - u mentioned college - sorry dont know where u are, but you could try going to a dift library - in london u can go to the british library which is fab and beautiful and free.
hope u feel chirpier soon!

some people say exercise may help - but i rather think going on vacation might be even better. just getting away will give you a different perspective on things and you may just come back feeling much better.
if money is an issue you can always go on a drive into the country and stay over in a cheap hotel. treat yourself to a dip in the whirlpool and read a good book. hope you feel better.

Well been there done that...and unless you get help, it really can get much worse.
So seek out a good doctor, and see what is happening there...
The loss of serotonin in your brain...may need to be addressed, some times its quite easy.
Far too many people are coming on this site and say the same....I feel then it is time for the doctor, who is the first ''port-of-call''...just to do it right.

Your'e probably not the only one around you who has it. Try not to feel too down. Suppose someone came to you with problems looking to you for answers they'll probably expect you to be a rock, ie steady and reliable. I hope it will pass but it's a hard struggle. If nothing helps see a doctor, will acupunture help?

Take a day out at the seaside, (if in budget) I find being by the sea very invigorating.
Or go on a random wander through where you live. take a different route to work or home or to the shops. Try and find somewhere you've never been before.

i'm with Paul. ultimately you will discover somebody who provides you with a beat down and that may well be in reformatory. although, you are able to verify your ego and recover from your self. you're only 15 so which you're extraordinarily green in the techniques of the worldwide. people who talk crap are only that, talkers. stroll away and enable them to talk. in case you be attentive to they are finished if it, all people else does too. You benefit not something via battling them different than a black eye or worse.
