Usually two oscars will not live peacefully in a small tank like that. One will become dominant and harass the other unmercifully. Eventually the sub-dominant one will stop eating and die if it is not killed outright by the dominant fish.
For two oscars, you will need at least a 75 gallon tank to house them correctly. You do know that they will grow to 14" when adults. It should take about a year and a half.
If they are evenly matched, you may be able to keep them together, but they will constantly test each other. Oscars will grow an inch a month if you feed them properly and do the required weekly partial (30-40%) water changes. In a 30 gallon tank, you will need to do partial water changes about every other day when they mature.
Oscars are big, dirty fish and take a lot of work to keep them healthy the way they should be kept.

NO...
The reason is that one OSCAR requires 70 Gallon tank each. If you have two oscars, they will be work better if they're in 100 or more Gallon Tank. The reason is that Oscar grow about 8" to 10" in length in a year and 30 gallon tank is not enough for even one.
Do your research before decide to have them, and if you have lots of room to have more than 100 gallon tank and the oscars will be happier and they'll grow fast. Also make sure your tank is more than 12 inches wide so the adult oscars can turn around.

A 30 gallon aquarium is way too small for one oscar, much less 2. To keep 1 you'll need at least 55 gallons (75 would be better) and for 2 at least 90 (125 would be better)

That's a bit small. Not sure how big yours are, but once they reach a good size, they won't be able to turn around in a tank that small.

they can live peacefully but you will have to upgrade to a bigger tank in a few months because they grow pretty fast.
