What to use for excessively dark circle around eyes?

What type of medication or cosmetic could I use for dark circles around the eye. This has been there over a prolong period of approx. 10 years.I tried a few things,which didn't help.

Ignore the rest, its nothing to do with allergies. Cucumber and tea bags will get rid of them and get plenty of rest!

Dark under eye circles are a symptoms of allergies. Now you get to figure out what one.

Try going off wheat and dairy first to see if they go away.
