No. They usually are very amateur and not very well put together. I would not spend a great deal of time sifting through them.

If you happen acroos one you like, then subscribe, but don't spend a lot of time looking. Odds are you won't find anyhting that good.

I love podcasts. Depends what you want. I subscribe to a phone in type show by a veterinarian, one for troubleshooting Windows XP, a few comedy ones. You do have to look thru alot of crap to find something decent sometimes. I love the Kim Komando weekly computer show. Anything I can learn from. I even heard a grown man going on & on about his kitty. He meant to be serious but I found it hilarious.
