Not a lot... I weigh 90 but I can carry my little sister on my back! She weighs about 65... :-)

If you are a female-you can carry it cause it's a joyous;if you are a labor double your body weight;if you are carrying grocery in the hand than it must be less than 40 lbs.If you are carrying on your head more than 100 lbs.If you are carrying on shoulder to transport the weight less than 250 lbs.

The last thing I carried was a 50 pound bad of sand and I didn't make it far. My cousins laughter at me. I would think 20 or 30 max...I just know 50 pounds I can't carry. I don't pick up things.

i can carry a little less than my weight, i weight 99 lbs. but i can only hold it for like 10 seconds.

I can carry 80lbs some times but i can really can carry 78lbs

I can carry both my daughters. One weighs 23 lbs and the other weighs 19. Then if you add my purse...... !
