to get 0.9 as a fraction you want to multiply by 100 and then put that answer over 100 and then simplify
0.9 * 100 = 90 (move the decimal point to the right 2 places)
then your fraction is 90/100 you can then remove a zero from both the top and bottom and get 9/10!

0.9 would in conclusion be 9/10
how we get this i explain:
it is like saying out of ten, the part .9 is showing that it is in the tenths! so it is 9 out of 10! for instance if it was .09 it would be out of 100 because it is in the hundreths! so it would be 90!
if that is too complicated then:
you would times it by 10 an get 9 and it is out of 10 so the answer would be 9/10!
