Does anyone remember a board game called "Take the brain" circa 1976. It was like chess for little kids with Ninnys and Numbskulls as pieces protecting the brain. Would like to find a set for my young fella. Where can I find one. Any ideas?

The game was issued as Smess in the United States but was reissued with better graphics and one minor gameboard change as All the King's Men. Parker Brothers published both games. All the King's Men should be pretty easy to find on Ebay.

Smess and All the King's Men, which are very closely related.

See the links in my sources for more information.

I remember it well. There's one on ebay at the moment but it's up to £23.00 last time I looked. Keep a check on ebay. You might get it. Good luck
