I like the guy who won the first challenge, but I don't remember his name.

Ilan won the first challenge, but he was shown as being rather cutthroat in the preview for next week--which may hurt him with the judges (and viewers like me.) I also like Betty--in addition to her personality, I like the fact that she was the only one who did something different with the frogs legs and chicken livers...that points to a true understanding of culinary possibilities and technique. However, in that sense she reminds me of LeeAnne, who I was rooting for in Season One, so I'm worried that she may make it far but not far enough. Elia, Marisa and Cliff may make it to the finals on skill alone.
Its easier to pick out who should NOT win....Marcel is the obvious one. He's this season's Stephen (did he not watch Season One?) and Marisa who almost got booted off for her hockey puck-like pannacotta. I'm also not thrilled with Marisa because I think she caused more drama ABOUT Otto than Otto himself caused. Michael may be a disaster waiting to happen--he's a bit like the Irish guy who got booted off first in Season One, plus he obviously has difficulty working with others in a stressful situation...and this in only the beginning!

I saw it too and I do not remember his name either...but whoever that guy is he is good! I think as the season goes on and they repeat the shows over, and over, and over, and over...LOL we will learn their names.

I like Betty.. she seems to deserve it so far, all her food has looked yummy and she has personality!!
