Thank you for the PSA. I am sure that most people realize that the daily horoscopes that appear in thousands of newspapers everyday are to be used for entertainment purposes only. I am not sure if all papers carry this disclaimer but the ones I have seen do. No one should trust the creditials of an unknown Astronomer.
If you are trying to make the point that you think it is wrong or against God's Word in some way, that is your opinion and you are more than welcome to have one. The Hebrews of the Old Testament used Astrology as well as Numeroloy. Since they were the Chosen People during this time and God did not address that with Moses at the Burning Bush, we can assume that it was okay.
Of course we can better map the stars now, earlier humans did not have as strong instruments as we do now. Ophiuchus may be different than the Western Zodiac chart but that doesn't necessarily make it wrong, it just makes it different. Think of it like KFC chicken, you can have crispy or original recipe. They are both fried chicken, one is just more crunchy. That doesn't make it better or worse it just makes it different. Kings and Queens throughout history have used astrology extensively. There are experts and charlatans in every science and profession. If you needed life saving surgery you would go to a top Surgeon, you wouldn't go to a Veterinarian.

wow, someones a little bitter. Astrology is different than the horoscopes you read in papers and magazines, don't get the 2 confused! Most people don't really take the daily horoscopes in the papers seriously. Astrology is doing a full mathematical chart that can be very specific and according to alot of people accurate. Astrology is another thing that we cannot prove or disprove, and so everyone is entitled to believe what they want to believe, speaking of things we can;'t prove..
I find it ironic that someone with the name teamjesus is lecturing people on believing everything they are told.

I may be a non-believer of astrology but I will not insult the people who do. They hold a belief and that is no reason to put them down. I will ask questions and make an argument when see a flaw in their reasoning but I'll not put them down.
Astrology uses science (they discovered the outer planets not astrologers) but is not science.
Science demands tests and tested by others for confirmation. Astrology is a belief and how can you test a belief?

Dude save the drama for your mama. Why are you so upset??? It's astrology...if you dont believe it dont read it. Simple as that--it's the same with a TV show..you dont like it? Dont watch it.
There is a science to astrology, and quit trying to convince those that do believe otherwise....it's a waste of everyones precious time.
