i did this myself twice. Both times I had a friend do it for me but we were at home. First time she used an earring with a sharp tip and SLOWWLY pushed it through my nose, ( and we did use a lighter on the end of it to sterilize it) it hurt like HELL and i cried but i held on to a teddy bear i was fine... and i did not have an infection AT ALL but dont for get to clean it with rubbing alcohol every day still.
Ok second time we ised a needle and they put a piece a nail file up my nose so we wouldnt go too far we sterilized it we toook the needle out put the earring in and had that sterilized too, and we used rubbing alcohol, and it still got infected.
So I would reccommend the first one cuz that way you are not taking anything out and putting anythign back in for the first couple of weeks.

I would not recommend that you try piercing your nose at home. I got my nose pierced a year ago by a professional. It needs to be done with a sterile 18 guage needle and you could run into infections and wind up with a big bump at the piercing site. I would suggest going to a professional piercing and tattoo shop. It averages about fifty bucks. It is safer and you won't risk a nasty infection. Also it doesn't hurt, it is quick and feels like a pressure in your nose. It will be tender for a few days but if you take care of it it will heal quickly.

well if you must be underage becasue if you were an adult you would just go the mall or a jewlery store where they pierce ears and noses.....i would advise you not to do it yourself, you can get a really bad infection if you dont do it right.

That is crazy. Don't do that. Go to a professional and have it done in sterile conditions. You could get a really bad infection.

don't do it yourself,go to a specialist piercing place,if you do it yourself it could be very painfull and you run the risk of infection if the needle is not properly sterilised.
if you insist on doing yourself use a brand new thick needle and boil it in hot water first.

Grab one of those twirly things that you put on papers, like what they use in offices instead of staples, and shove that right on through there. Be sure to bring alchahol though.

All you need is a drill bit and a drill. Let the machine do the rest.
