We are all born to suffer. If there was no suffering there would be no joy. If there was no pain, there would be no pleasure. Get where I am going with this? Just like actions, emotions all have opposites and you need one to have the other.
Also, only you can make your life better.

everyone as there ups and down some more then others we all experience hard times , you have to get your head around it and deal with it it is only then you can see a light at the end of the tunnel
