The only way pantyhose for men is going to become 'mainstream' (whatever that means) is for men to wear them. Since there are manufacturers of hosiery for men, I don't understand all the 'I am a guy and I wonder if I can wear pantyhose' posts. What are you afraid of? Men have great legs - start showing them off. You act like it's some kind of offensive or perverted thing.... wait a minute.... that's why you are asking, becuase it is perverted to you.
So there you go - get over the perversion, realize they are just clothes, and wear them. Sounds to me like the demons are in you, not 'them' Check the internet - there are lots of men that wear hosiery for a variety of non-perverted reasons.

I cannot see pantyhose for men except for medical or sport type reasons.
I guess for real there are a lot of men who enjoy the feeling of wearing a woman's nylons so why not have them for men.
I like the look of a man with out nylons on but whatever floats your boat it is only clothing ya know.............not a sin or against the law................is it? It could be against the law there isn't much that isnt anymore!

I don't think it's real commonplace to see men dressed in this manner; however, IMO there's really nothing wrong with the idea.
