You can see this for yourself if you get piece of string tied in a loop, a pin and two pencils.
Put the pin into the surface you are working on. A piece of cardboard would be good. Loop the string about the pin and draw it out into a triangle with the pencils. Play with this a bit and you should see that it is possible to have a right angle triangle that is also a scalene triangle.

a 5,12,13 triangle is scalene-three sides of different length
and three unequal angles
therefore,a right angled triangle with three sides of different
